Q&As

  • Moderators will see a side panel in the Chat Room that shows a thumbnail of all the screens of every participant. Double clicking on any thumbnail opens the Glance in a larger window.

  • Moderators are given additional permissions and have additional moderation tools. Moderator and Participant groups are configured by you based on job levels.

  • STC supports sending text in a variety of colors and sizes.

  • Users see the message scroll across the top of their screen in the STC Launch Pad. You can send a high priority alert by selecting the box before sending or using an @ mention.

  • Only Moderators can create a poll and see the results. Results are displayed in real time directly in the Chat Room and are also visible on the STC Web Portal.
