Pin It to Win It: New Pinning Features in STC

STC is full of features to boost your productivity, from Polls to Bulletin Boards. We're excited to introduce two productivity features centered around pinning to help you stay organized and focused in the fast-paced world of work.

1. Message Pinning: Keep Important Information Front and Center

In STC Chat Rooms, moderators will be able to pin messages to the top of the Chat Room. Whether it's a critical update, a new set of instructions, or a reminder that can't be missed, pinned messages ensure everyone sees what they need to see. Best of all, you can set an expiration time for pinned messages, so you don't have to worry about clutter. For messages that need to be saved for an extended time, the STC Bulletin Board is recommended.

Pinned messages stay at the top of the Chat Room and are visible even if a user joins the chat later.

2. Chat Pinning: Never Lose Track of Important Conversations

Need to keep a specific conversation top of mind? Our new chat pinning feature lets you do just that. Pin your most important chats to the top of your chat list for easy access. No more scrolling through endless conversations to find that crucial discussion.
